Technical Explination of (Dealer comment):

We first checked the coolant and engine oil levels. The coolant level was normal, and the engine oil was at the maximum level. There were no signs of any leaks from either the coolant system or the engine.
Next, we checked the thermostat valve and found it working properly. We then connected the diagnostic tool (VTT) and found an active fault code: P0480, which relates to the ECM fan clutch.
On further inspection, we found that the fan clutch bearing had stucked. This caused several related issues:
The fan stopped suddenly due to the bearing failure.
This led to the plastic part of the clutch melting, which further damaged the surrounding electrical wiring and the V-belt.
As a result, the engine started to overheat.
The root cause of the problem seems to be a bearing in the fan clutch, which led to overheating and physical damage to nearby components.
Since the vehicle was under driveline warranty and was stranded mid-operation in an highway area, we replaced the damaged parts:
Fan clutch assembly and V-belt
After replacement, the vehicle was tested and made fully operational again.
